Rock Up and Play over the Summer

For those still wanting to get their hockey fix over the summer months, the Rock Up and Play sessions on Monday nights offer a great opportunity to play no matter your ability level. The session is what it says on the tin: you rock up, and you play. At the start of the session, players are split up in an attempt to make the teams as fair as possible, and a decision is made whether to play full or half pitch depending on the numbers.

Over the last month or so, the numbers have been perfect for playing a full pitch, allowing everyone to get a good run around.

These sessions will continue as long as their is appetite for them to do so. It’s £2 per session, with the Juniors playing from 6pm – 7pm and the Senior section playing from 7pm – 8pm. Payment can be made with cash, by card or by bank transfer.

New players are more than welcome.
