We balance player development, performance, commitment, and team needs, while promoting inclusivity and opportunity for all.

What we consider
Player-related:
- Attendance at training and matches
- Performance, effort and improvement
- Attitude, teamwork and respect
- Development needs, especially for juniors
Team-related:
- Balance of squad and positions
- Strength of opposition and competition level
- Fair distribution of opportunities
- Adherence to safeguarding and welfare
How selection works
Discuss squads after training; decisions made jointly with Coaching Lead.
Teams announced by [day/time] before matches; changes explained promptly.
Pathway managed carefully; playing up/down only with agreement of Welfare and Coaching Leads.
Members can raise concerns via Coaching Lead; formal grievances follow the Disciplinary & Grievance Policy.
