Redditch Hockey Club is open to all. We celebrate diversity and actively remove barriers to participation across age, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion or belief, and socioeconomic background.

Positive sideline behaviour; support mixed-ability sessions; respect pronouns and names.
Plan inclusive drills; use inclusive language; apply selection fairly; respond to concerns promptly.
Model respectful culture; intervene early; escalate if needed.
Consider accessibility, prayer/quiet spaces where possible; inclusive social events.
Respect identity and privacy; follow national guidance and club process for competition categories.
